The excellent efficiency of the new-generation chilled water station is based on its continuously variable control and dynamic free cooling feature.  The cooling process adapts automatically to changes in the cooling needs and system surroundings. The dynamic free cooling feature, seamlessly shifting overlapping compressor use and free cooling, is designed to kick in already at higher outdoor temperatures, which increases the use of free cooling. For each 1 °C, an additional 500 free-cooling operation hours can be gained. This introduces significant savings in the system’s energy consumption.


Continuous control of compressor speed and liquid flow ensures a continuously optimised and precise cooling process. Pump operation and compressor speed are automatically adjusted in accordance with the cooling demand, which increases the overall efficiency of the system, reduces the energy consumption and guarantees extended service life through minimised strain and wear on the components. The optimised cooling process also ensures silent operation, since the sound level is directly related to the compressor speed.

| Chilled water station – a cost-efficient complete solution

Chiller’s unique chilled water station concept combines all the features of a traditional water chiller, hydronic module and free cooling module in one factory-assembled and full-scale-tested complete solution.  Compared to the traditional solution, where the water chiller and accessory modules, pumps and buffer tank are delivered as separate units, the chilled water station concept can introduce up to 90% time savings in installation and commissioning.
With a fully assembled and full-scale-tested Chillquick chilled water station, the electrical connection for power and pipe fittings to the cooling circuit are the only things needed for successful installation.
